What you can write to us about

• Report a bug: describe what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
• Request a feature: tell us what's missing. We keep building the tool based on what users actually need.
• Languages: translations aren't proofread by anyone else — corrections are one-line changes and very welcome.
• Anything else: praise, criticism, and suggestions are always welcome.

A note on security

mousePDF does not process your PDF files on a server. If you send us a PDF to illustrate a bug, remove any sensitive content first — or send a screenshot instead. We don't need your files to help you.
